Did you ask questions to understand well what you heard?

Common balance disorders - Hearing Link

A friend cracked a joke to me this morning that he will shoot down the doors of our conference, if he comes to enter and it is still locked. It reminded me of this story. We had a lockdown that lasted for 3 hours in one of my former schools because two kids were exchanging text messages. One of them said, "We are going to burn down the school today." The other responded, " We will light it up." Another student who wanted to send a message to her mother to bring her phone saw it. She reported to the authorities that the two girls were planning to burn down the school, so their school called the police. The whole school was locked down, so they could search everywhere. There were almost 20 police cruisers. After three hours of searching the school and interviewing the two girls, they found out that, they were in the choir and were to perform that evening. They were excited to perform and confident their performance will alight every audience member. The school will be on fire. Everyone will talk about their performance. It was a metaphorical usage.

In another one, the authorities locked down the school when two kids were suspected of mass shooting. They were talking and one of them said, “Let us shoot it during school hours.” That was in reference to their school video because they were in the video Club, but the friend of the friend who overheard them thought that they were planning to shoot the school during school hours. Again, with a lot of melodrama, the school was locked down and police officers swam the school premises, yet they found nothing.

Such traducements have led to the death or the demise of many. No wonder Solomon said, "He that answereth a matter before he heareth it, it is folly and shame unto him." Prov 18:13. Please refrain from reporting matters you don’t have full information. As questionsmake sure you understood the speakers very well, for your rashness could cost them their lives. How would tou feel to undertsand that someone was killed because you did not take time to ask questions, that is was a mere misunderstanding? make this promise to yourself anf to God that you will hear an entire matter, understand it before you speak.
Until then, do not speak on matters you no nothing or less!
St Arrey of Ntenako

“Bonyfish beware because the same net that caught the jawless fish, caught the cartilaginous fish” (Hamilton Ayuk). Beware earthly paradise seekers because there is a serpent in every paradise"(Hamilton Ayuk). "If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable." (I Cor 15:19). "It is not how well you know a person; it is how well you treat them that they will live longer and happier with you." Hamilton Ayuk. Idle people write, idler people read, and idlest people read and whine that idle people are taking their time (Hamilton Ayuk).
