Samuel Eto'o, A Master Craftsman.

In 2010/2011, Anzhi was 11th out of 16 teams. Eto'o went to Anzhi in 2011/2012 and scored 7 goals. The team moved to 8th on the table out of 16. In 2012/2013, he scored 10 goals, and the highest scorer had 13 goals. The team finished the year as # 3. At the end of the league, Eto'o left for England after scoring 25 goals in all competitions. In 2013/2014, Anzhi finished the year bottom of the table and dropped to National Football League (FNL) which is below the premier league; meanwhile, Eto'o was with Chelsea where he scored 12 goals and made 3 assists. Anzhi played 2014-2015 in FNL, and it just moved back up to Premier League to play 2015/2016.  How then can anyone say that Eto'o was not a positive influence in that team?

Every team that Eto'o played, moved up the table. The problem with Eto'o and people like us is that we know that we master our crafts, and people don't want to hear that. Now, just enjoy Eto'o while he lives again. He was a goal machine in Mallorca, Barcelona and Inter and above all for Cameroon and Africa. Had he not been black, he would have been the best player of the world at some point. In that 2005, Ronaldinho was first, Lampard second and Eto'o third. When you look at the numbers that Eto'o put in 2006 there is no reason why it was given to Canavarro and not Eto'o. Eto'o was the highest goal scorer in Spain with 43 goals in all competitions, Ronaldinho had 34 and Lampard had 27. If it was because Chelsea took the league, we could argue that Barcelona took the league in Spain too and Eto'o was the higest goal scorer. When George Opong Weah won the award, he was clearly without comparison. Although Eto'o was competing against the likes of Ronaldinho, it was clear to all that he was the best in 2005-2006.
