How Does God Want US to Eat? Part 1.

This could be the most important article you ever read from me, so I plead with you to take your time and read it carefully. I will divide the article into three parts to encourage those who do not like to read, to read. Your health and life are very important to you and to us. It is not as if the Americans do not know what to eat and drink, but they want to eat what they like and want. It is not persiflage as I do not want you to be sick again because these principles have kept me away from the hospital for the past 24 years and more. I always feel sad seeing people living in a country with such a wealth of information still under the bondage of sickness or being very obese. I am not saying that people cannot be sick, but he or she should not be sick out of dietary negligence. This lesson is not positing that God prescribes what we eat, but it hypothesizes that God has a way or a diet he wants humanity to practice. The secret is to use the fruits for meat and leaves for medicine. I will explain what it really means. Therefore, this lesson will expose the causes and then propose solutions which are my own secret of living healthy as a man who has not been sick since 1990. The causes and prevention will be placed into five categories: spiritual, physical, emotional, social and intellectual health. I had gleaned the open secret from the Bible: Leaves for medicine and fruits (edible fruits- Lev 19:23) for food (Ezek 47:12). The Bible mentions at least 127 types of plants; thus, showing the importance it has for phytomedicine. The hermeneutics of the latter verse will be the centrifuge of my analyses.

How can people live in America with all these medications, yet they are so sick and have such a shorter lifespan as compared to other industrialized nations? If medications alone were enough to keep people healthy, then the United States will be the healthiest nation in the world because it manufactures more medications than any other country. Cancer and high blood pressure are leaving no stone unturned, mental diseases do not want to throw the relay baton, and obesity is building a propinquity to the teenagers unparalleled worldwide. Just this year, the Harvard Health Publication wrote this, “In less than 40 years, the prevalence of obesity in the U.S. has increased by over 50 percent, so that two of every three American adults are now overweight or obese. Even worse, the obesity epidemic is rapidly spreading to our children.”[1] The future is looking very bleak. In her online version on January 10, 2013, Medical News Today published this, “Americans have shorter lifespans and higher rates of injury and disease than their counterparts in other rich countries, researchers from the Institute of Medicine and the National Research Council wrote in a new report this week.”[2]  On May 1, 2014, CDC even confirmed that Americans are dying prematurely from preventable diseases.[3] Apart from America herself, the rest of the world knows that Americans are too sick. They are even risible to a point where they are referred to as “the sick people of industrialized nations.”

There are many reasons why people are too sick: unhealthy behaviors and lifestyle contribute to the billions of dollars spent in this country on healthcare. The irresponsible lifestyle affects everyone because the effects are cyclical. Considering that people keep living unhealthy lifestyles, they get sick and so the government imposed upon businesses to include healthcare provision in their packages. Let us start with our first category.

“Bonyfish beware because the same net that caught the jawless fish, caught the cartilaginous fish” (Hamilton Ayuk). Beware earthly paradise seekers because there is a serpent in every paradise"(Hamilton Ayuk). "It is not how well you know a person; it is how well you treat them that they will live longer and happier with you." Idle people write, idler people read, and idlest people read and whine that idle people are taking their time (Hamilton Ayuk).
