Rick Warren is Wrong: God and Allah Are Not One.

I read a few minutes ago that RickWarren is teaming up with Muslim mosques to offer joined Christian and Muslim prayers in what is called Chrislam because God and Allah are one. Rick Warren is wrong in toto! I am not saying he has left the faith; I am merely saying that he is theologically wrong here. People say he has rejected the allegation that he said it. However, I did not see anything written by either Warren or his church to deny the allegation. Such an allegation of monumental proportion is not one that a pastor should keep quiet.

More so, he has a track record of working with Muslims since he believes they are our brothers.
Allah and God are not the same people. Jehovah is the name of God ("And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name JEHOVAH was I not known to them." Exodus 6;3). Therefore, the word /God/ is a title. The Egyptians had a God called  Iris, the Philistines had Dagon, the Canaanites -Israelites had Molech, the Ammonites had Milcom, Christians have Jehovah God and some Bayangi people have theirs as Nfam and Effim.
The word Allah in Arabic means God but refers to another deity different from the Hebrew, God (el elohim). However the greatest difference between the God of the Christians and Allah of the Muslims is that Allah is one person in one essence while God is three persons (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) in one essence (God). So the Christians talk of trinity.  Any time you say that God and Allah are the same person you are saying that Allah is three persons in one essence and you know that, no true Muslim will agree with you.
However, the word Jehovah is used differently by the Jehovah witnesses whereby the word Jehovah means a one person in one essence and is that one who is the same as the Allah of the Muslims.
The second reason is that Allah has no child while God had Jesus. In Sura 112; (The Unity) it is written,
 1) Say He Allah is One
2) Allah is He on Whom all depend
3) He begets not, nor is He begotten
4) And none is like Him
In the Bible we read:
Let us read form the Bible too,
John 3:16:     "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
John 1:18; No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.

Question: how would two Gods; one that does not have a child and the one that has a child refer to the same person? It is like they present you two men: one with a child and the other without one and you say that they are one and the same person. Just by virtue of one having children and the other not having children shows that they are  different. Christ Islam is called syncretism!  It is not ecumenism. Ecumenism is when people of different faiths religions come together. However, when they come together and from a new religion Chrislam, it is called syncretism. I don't need to tell you how much God hates when people mix religions with Christianity.
Until then, I look forward to hearing from you.
